Yana has over 10 years of experience in HR outsourcing. She provides a full range of services for personnel management: from sourcing, hiring, and onboarding to dismissing and firing employees. She has extensive experience in inspections of compliance with labour legislation by regulatory authorities. For the past few years, she has been a practising auditor of companies from various sectors of the economy, working in the field of compliance with labour legislation of Ukraine. She helps companies in making the right decisions in matters of HR and HR administration. Yana is a regular author of expert materials for specialized media and an active participant in business conferences.
In 2020, Yana Dekusar won the Business HReformation 2020 award in the rating compiled by “Biznes” magazine.
