The E-Reservation service via the Diia portal will be temporarily suspended until 15 November due to an audit of reserved employees.
According to Ivan Havryliuk, Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine, the reason for the audit was a sharp increase in the number of employees of critical enterprises reserved.
At its meeting on 8 October, the Government agreed to the motion of the Ministry of Defence to entrust the regional and Kyiv City State Administrations, supported by the Territorial Centre of Recruitment and Social Support (TCR and SS), with the task of conducting an audit of decision-making on identifying certain enterprises, institutions and organisations as critical to the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population during a special period by 15 November 2024.
Thus, information on the resumption of the reservation procedure is expected to be available in mid-November. Commenting on these changes, Olena Kolchenohova, Chief Compliance Officer at Nota Group, said: “In connection with this news, employees whose documents have already been submitted for reservation procedure before the suspension are concerned about whether they will be considered. The information indicates that all previously submitted documents for reservation should be considered in the usual way and it is possible to be reserved, but we will monitor the situation.”
