We draft the articles of association, minutes of the constituent assembly/resolution of the founder, a schematic representation of the ownership structure and other documents required under Ukrainian legislation. - Obtaining registration documents. Upon completion of the procedure, the client receives an extract and description from the USR certifying the official incorporation of the TOV.

Initial consultation and preparation of documents
At the first stage, we arrange a meeting with the client to determine their needs and goals. Our experts provide detailed advice on the business registration procedure, choose the optimal legal form and structure of a company. We help you determine the authorised capital, types of economic activity (KVED), select a unique name for your company and check its availability in the USR. After agreeing on the details, we prepare a full package of constitutional documents, including the articles of association, minutes of the constituent meeting/founder's resolution and other documents required for registration. Each document is thoroughly checked for compliance with applicable law.

Submission of documents to the state registrar
The prepared documents are submitted to the registering entity. Our lawyers ensure that the registration application, which contains all the information about your company, is completed correctly. We monitor the registration deadlines, interact with the registrar and promptly respond to any comments. In the case of electronic registration, we help with the submission of documents through online platforms, which reduces the time and preserves the principle of extraterritoriality of business registration.

Receiving results and post-registration consultations
At the final stage, our client receives an extract from the USR certifying the official registration of TOV. At your request, we can also help you with the production of a seal, opening a bank account and registering with the tax authorities under the chosen taxation system. After the registration procedure is completed, we provide additional advice on further business operations, tax obligations, drafting contracts and managing accounting process.
