Tatiana Andrianova has been working in jurisprudence since 2001. She has an extensive experience in corporate governance, in the scope of mergers and acquisitions, building of corporate structures, managing and restructuring the portfolio of assets.

Tatiana has maintained major projects on debt and equity financing, operations with financial assets and debt restructuring.

Tatiana Andrianova has broad experience in the field of corporate security including development of strategies for protection the property interests of business owners, work with risks and prevention of internal and external threats as well as practice of delicate negotiations and resolution of corporate conflicts.
