Aleksandr Matrosov has been working in legal field for more than 20 years.

During his career, he conducted more than 500 lawsuits including such cases as bankruptcy, recognition of ownership, allotment of property, reclamation of property, removal of obstacles to use, recovery of damages, consumer rights protection; disputes on trademark protection, disputes on bill of exchange procedures as well as land, tax, corporate, labor, credit disputes and others.

He has an extensive experience in claims work, formulation and legal maintenance of economic contracts, formulation of international contracts, maintenance of bills of exchange procedures, development and implementation of protection schemes against hostile takeovers.
