Initial consultation and preparation of documents

We help you determine the authorised capital, types of economic activity (KVED), select a unique name for your company and check its availability in the USR. After agreeing on the details, we prepare a full package of constitutional documents, including the articles of association, minutes of the constituent meeting/founder's resolution and other documents required for registration. Submission of documents to the state registrar

At the final stage, our client receives an extract from the USR certifying the official registration of TOV.
